Blend Signature Bars

Blend has built an exceptional range of portable bars that are available to hire in either black or white. Our tastefully designed, fully- equipped, functional bars not only offer the option of attractive water features and special lighting to create the perfect atmosphere, but also include sufficient space to cater for as many guests as your event can hold. Blend bars add a stylish edge and transform any space, private home, office or hotel, into the most attractive and refined venue. Blend Bars have been designed for any event that requires a portable bar that is exceptionally easy to transport, assemble and operates effortlessly.

BLEND'S full range of bar services includes supplying the following:

Blends fully-equipped, portable bar structures, can be customized to suit any event;
Front units measure 1.5m in width and are 3m deep. Each front unit comes with under-bar lights, back and corner units;
Our bars are completely portable and can be joined together to form bigger units to cater for larger events;
Blend bars are available in white and black ranges, and are lit up with fluorescent lights, which are completely interchangeable to suit your desired colour scheme;
Light boxes and perspex of any colour are available for vinyl branding to enhance themes or the colour scemes for private functions, or to communicate brand language and, promote products and logos for any corporate event;
Blend will design and manufacture any bar structure to personalize your event;
All bars come fully equipped with insulated ice wells, floor mats, dustbins, speed rails, garnish trays, glass racks, ,cocktail and all standard glassware, as well as all the necessary bar equipment (cocktail shakers, blenders, pourers, muddlers, drip mats, straws etc.);
If you already have a bar setup, blend will still supply all of the necessary bar, cocktail equipment, glassware and beverages, as well as the staff required to manage your bar

Brand Bars

The brand bar concept is targeted at all beverage and liquor companies. A brand bar is an ideal platform from which to launch, sell, promote existing, or sample new products or simply create brand and product awareness. We believe that a bar is the stage from which brand language can be communicated and from where any new beverage or liquor can be introduced, as the bar itself creates an increase in the awareness of your product.

Blend bars can be used for promotions, exhibitions, sponsorships and events. Our bars can either be built for a singular brand or can be used for a series of brands.

Once a bar has been manufactured, blend is able to include a service and maintenance agreement whereby we can store, transport, set up and strike all “owned bars”, as well as provide all of the staffing requirements for the bar, when in use.

Cash Bars

Blend can assist and manage any cash bar operation. Our cash bar service includes organizing temporary liquor licenses, till systems, float requirements, cash handling services and back of house stock and cash monitoring systems. Our experienced management team operates with fool-proof systems in place, which are aimed at maximizing turnover and reducing your cost of sales.

Please note all temporary liquor licenses require a lead-time of up to four weeks and that the final decision is made by the magistrate.

Event Bars

When it comes to planning a major event Blend Eventlife has a wide-range of experience. We have over 60 metres of bar, as well as the staff, management and systems in place to complement this.

Blend Eventlife’s highly experienced team is well-equipped and able to manage any size corporate hospitality, concert or sporting event. Regardless of the size and type of event, Blend guarantees the same uncompromising level of service.

BLEND BEVERAGES

Blend not only provides bars and cocktails but will also assist in being fully responsible for managing your entire bar requirement, including ordering, delivery and collection of beverages and glassware; as well as stock and quality control.

An added service that Blend offers is that of providing all beverages on a consignment basis, which is an advantage when unsure of exact beverage quantity requirements, as we only charged for what has been consumed.

Additionally Blend will provide a team of trained barmen who will create fabulous cocktails, with finesse and charisma. Our experienced support staff ensures that every event runs smoothly as if it were “blended”.
